SSL/TLS certificates secure your website by encrypting data between your visitors and your server. They also display the padlock icon in browsers, reassuring visitors that your site is safe. WebDaddy.Pro makes enabling SSL/TLS simple.
Step 1: Log in to Your Client Area
-
Go to the Client Login.
-
Enter your credentials to access your hosting dashboard.
Step 2: Access SSL/TLS Settings
-
From the Client Area, go to Services → My Services.
-
Select your hosting plan.
-
In the service dashboard, click SSL/TLS Certificates.
Step 3: Enable Free SSL (Let’s Encrypt)
-
Click Issue Certificate.
-
Select the domain(s) you want to secure.
-
Confirm and apply the certificate.
-
Within a few minutes, SSL/TLS will be active.
Step 4: Force HTTPS (Optional but Recommended)
-
In your hosting dashboard, go to Hosting Settings.
-
Enable Permanent SEO‑safe 301 Redirect from HTTP to HTTPS.
-
Save changes.
This ensures all visitors are redirected to the secure version of your site.
Tip: If you prefer a premium SSL certificate (e.g., EV or Wildcard SSL), you can purchase one from WebDaddy.Pro and install it through the same SSL/TLS section.
