How to Configure Email on Outlook, Gmail, and Mobile Devices Print

Once you’ve created your professional email account in WebDaddy.Pro, you can connect it to your preferred email client for easy access. Below are the setup instructions for Outlook, Gmail, and mobile devices.

 

Outlook (Desktop)

  1. Open Outlook and go to File → Add Account.

  2. Enter your full email address (e.g., you@yourdomain.com).

  3. Choose IMAP as the account type.

  4. Enter the following server settings:

    • Incoming (IMAP) Server: mail.yourdomain.com

    • Port: 993

    • Encryption: SSL/TLS

    • Outgoing (SMTP) Server: mail.yourdomain.com

    • Port: 465

    • Encryption: SSL/TLS

  5. Enter your email address and password.

  6. Click Next and then Finish.

 

Gmail (Webmail Integration)

  1. Log in to your Gmail account.

  2. Go to Settings (⚙) → See all settings → Accounts and Import.

  3. Under Check mail from other accounts, click Add a mail account.

  4. Enter your WebDaddy.Pro email address.

  5. Choose Import emails using POP3 and enter:

    • POP Server: mail.yourdomain.com

    • Port: 995

    • Encryption: SSL

  6. Enter your full email address and password.

  7. (Optional) Under Send mail as, add the same account with SMTP settings:

    • SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com

    • Port: 465

    • Encryption: SSL/TLS

 

Mobile Devices (iOS & Android)

  1. Open your phone’s Mail app (Apple Mail, Gmail app, or Outlook app).

  2. Select Add Account → Other (IMAP/POP).

  3. Enter your full email address and password.

  4. Use the same IMAP/SMTP settings as above:

    • IMAP Server: mail.yourdomain.com | Port 993 | SSL/TLS

    • SMTP Server: mail.yourdomain.com | Port 465 | SSL/TLS

  5. Save and test the connection.

Tip: Always use IMAP instead of POP3 if you want your emails to sync across multiple devices.
