Professional email accounts let you use your own domain name (e.g., you@yourbusiness.com) for a more trustworthy and branded communication experience. Follow these steps to create your first mailbox in WebDaddy.Pro:

Step 1: Log in to Your Client Area

  • Go to the Client Login.

  • Enter your credentials to access your dashboard.

Step 2: Access Email Management

  • From the Client Area, go to Services → My Services.
  • Select your hosting plan.

  • In the service dashboard, click Email Accounts.

Step 3: Create a New Email Account

  • Click Create Email Account.

  • Enter the desired email address (e.g., info@yourdomain.com).

  • Set a strong password or use the password generator.

  • Choose mailbox size (or leave as unlimited if included in your plan).

  • Click Create.

Step 4: Access Your Email

  • Use Webmail from your Client Area to log in instantly.

  • Or configure your email in Outlook, Gmail, or on your mobile device using the provided IMAP/SMTP settings.
